FOREST PARK, Ga. - Authorities need help finding a missing 58-year-old man.
The Forest Park Police said Reginald Earl Jones was last seen on October 6, 2018, around 6 p.m.
He told his family he was headed to the library on West Street. Police said he left and never returned. His family is concerned about his well being.
Jones suffers from medical conditions, but police said he's never been away from home for more than a day.
He was last seen wearing a green and white Philadelphia Eagles Jersey, black pants, with red and white tennis shoes.
