ATLANTA — Police have found a man dead in the parking garage of a noted downtown Atlanta hotel.
Police responded to reports of a person shot around 4 p.m. on Saturday at 400 West Peachtree Street. They arrived to find a dead man who had apparently been shot multiple times in the parking garage of the Twelve hotel.
Based on a preliminary investigation, police believe the shooting was the result of a failed drug deal. The victim's identity hasn't been released and it's unclear if he was staying at the hotel.
Police haven't revealed if they have found any suspects in the shooting.
